The challenge

Most shops and small businesses run on a mix of paper registers, Excel sheets and a basic billing machine. None of these talk to each other, so the owner never sees the full picture. This platform brings everything into one place in the browser, with nothing to install, and every action updates everything else automatically.

Our approach

  1. Designed it to be sold to many businesses: each one gets a private account, and no business can see another’s data.
  2. Gave every person their own login and a role, so staff see only the screens their job needs.
  3. Connected billing, stock, purchases and accounts, so one action updates all of them with no double entry.

How it is organised

Four levels, like floors

Each business’s data is kept completely separate, so Business A can never see Business B’s sales, stock or customers.

  1. Level 1

    Software owner

Runs the platform: client businesses, plans, prices and subscriptions.

  2. Level 2

    Client businesses

Each business has its own private account and settings.

  3. Level 3

    Branches

A business can run one shop or several, each with its own stock and reports.

  4. Level 4

    Staff

Every person logs in with their own username and a role.

Who uses it

Eight roles, ready-made

Roles can be changed. The owner can create new ones and tick exactly what each person may do, such as giving a discount, cancelling a bill or seeing profit.

Platform

Super Admin

Adds and manages client businesses, sets plans and prices, collects subscription payments and blocks unpaid accounts.

Platform

Support Staff

Helps businesses solve problems and can view their setup, but cannot change their sales or money records.

Business

Business Owner / Admin

Full control of all branches, staff, settings and reports.

Business

Branch Manager

Approves discounts, returns and purchases, and sees that branch’s reports.

Business

Cashier

Makes bills, takes payments and closes the cash counter at day end.

Business

Store / Stock Keeper

Receives deliveries, counts stock and sends stock between branches.

Business

Purchase Manager

Places orders with suppliers and manages the supplier list.

Business

Accountant

Records expenses, pays suppliers and prepares GST and profit reports.

Getting started

Sign-up to first bill in about a day

  1. 01

A short form with name, phone, email and type of business starts a free trial.

  2. 02

    Set up the business

A guided setup covers GST number, logo, bill format, GST rates, payment methods and branches.

  3. 03

    Add staff

The owner adds each person, picks their role and branch, and each gets their own login.

  4. 04

    Load existing data

Products, customers and suppliers are uploaded from Excel, along with opening stock.

  5. 05

    Start working

Staff begin billing on day one. If a plan lapses the account locks, but no data is lost.

Everyday situations

Built for a real working day

By evening the owner sees the full day on the dashboard, from anywhere.

01

Returns

A customer returns an item, stock goes back up and a credit note is made.

02

Stock transfer

One branch sends goods to another branch.

03

Stock count

Staff count the shelves, and any difference from the system is corrected.

04

Credit customers

A customer buys now and pays later, and the pending amount is tracked.

05

Expenses

Rent, electricity and salaries are recorded so profit is accurate.

06

Owner control panel

The software owner sees every client business, its plan, payments, help requests and usage.
